Fantastic place to break away from it all. No electricity or cell phone reception. Brilliant. My internet addicted children loved it as well.

Love love love this place! Absolute peace and quiet - except if you have kids in the swimming pool, which is awesome. There is a thatched roof lapa at the swimming pool. There is a hot tub at each house which is heated by fire. This works extremely well and is perfect for colder days or to sit and enjoy some cocktails. There is no cellphone reception and only little solar power for the lights in the house so you can't use your appliances. And this is EXACTLY why I love this place. At night it is pitch black outside and you can see a billion stars. This is a self catering holiday and shops are relatively far away in Ladismith, so bring all your stuff. Good outside braai area as well as a "fire pit" to sit around in the evenings. Only thing important to remember when visiting is to bring your own camp chairs and maybe gazebo, since none is provided to sit around the fireplace. Can't wait for my next visit.
