Anytime of the day it looks beautiful from here. Watch out for the cars. Most of the drivers are either angry or drive like they are angry :) definitely way too fast. Get an Ice from the Ice Palazzo or a snack and enjoy every bite of it when you sit on that little bench overlooking paradise. This will slow down that too fast passing cars! Come at different times of the day at different weathers. It changes with high tide and low tide!
