I contacted this conveyancer's office in October 2018, I paid them their handling fee the same day I went to their office. I then asked them to proceed handling my father's estate and contact me via email whenever they needed me as I was planning to leave the country. They have done absolutely nothing since last year. I have sent countless emails asking for an update, sent my mother to their offices, called them myself (told to leave a message on all occasions) and still nothing has been done about it. They are terrible when it comes to customer service and act like they are above the law. Very arrogant and garbage service!
