The management of game mall of the north( Jim bopape and hlulani or something, i can't remember her name very well) don't want to refund me my money after i gave them the laptop(which i bought on the 31st of January) on the 26th of March to fix it and they told me to wait for 21 days and i did wait. I went back yesterday on the 26th of April, which means i waited for a whole month for them to fix my laptop but it is still not fixed, now I'm asking them to refund me my money since the 21 days has elapsed and they are telling me to wait for some more days. The service i received yesterday at game mall of the North was so unprofessional and of a very low standard. I'm falling behind in my studies cos i really need a laptop to study and i did tell them about my studies but they just didn't care.
