The experience is generally good as a commuter from Lebowakgomo Zone B to Polokwane on a working daily basis or intermittently as prescribed by life and work dynamics. We are, as commuters, complaining continuously on the expiring monies than we always put aside in the form of prepaid trips thinking that our trips are secure but always saddened by lost trips. Can the expiry date be removed please. Kopano Bus Service does not loose anything if we are allowed to finish our trips naturally. The other issue we always see is our morning drivers are always changed on Lebowakgomo via Sepanapudi route and we don't understand why other routes can keep their drivers forever but this one is changing drivers. These drivers always have excuses to arrive very late some days. The morning bus on this route is never washed and there is 1 window that is never latched but honestly the afternoon 17:15 bus on same route is always clean.
