Ihave always been a pasient with mediclinic. But NEVER again . I have been admitted to the maternity ward as i havec ompilcations I get to my ward and the curtain is full of blood stains . That is so gross. Also when you run water for a bath thewater is dirty and smells. I ALSO HAD TO REMOVE MY OWN DRIP AS 2 STAFF MEMBERS DID NOT WANT TO ASSIST AND THE DRIP RAN EMPTY SO MY BLOOD STARTED TO GO UP IN THE DRIP . I have never expexlcted this from a private hospital

Some of the nurses have a poor/dont want to be here attidute. On a Saterday afternoon there were people playing loud music and drink in their cars in parking area infront of hospital....security did nothing. Over all it was a very disappointing experience!

Great helped received last year with a family member that came from the Provincial Hospital. MUCH BETTER than the Provincial Hospital, cleanliness, hygiene everything is just better heslth wise.

Very rude when trying to call and get info regarding your admission and to ensure that they received all documents needed when you try to explain that you are 200km from the hospital, its not possible to drive there to check quickly, come back and drive again in 2 days time!

The nurses has public hospital attitude. They sure take their time. My daughter's iv drip had blood coming out and all they did was disappear and come after an hour. One nurse told me to do something that they should do abd when i said i dont know how to do it ,she gave me a third degree. The hospital is very clean and nice but the nurses are straight incompetent. Change that part only and its 5 stars

My 71 yr old mother-in-law is vomiting since this morning, she gets a bakkie in the hand and then left and ignored. I had to call the Dr before even 1 person came to hear what is wrong. How on earth can you pay so much for no assistance. She is not even mobile and thus cannot help herself. To see your elderly mother like this break a person. Please can you please just work on assisting the sick
