Hi I bought a second hand starter last week for my car and it was not even working at all, the brushes were finished and i saw the acid leak inside the starter when i opened and checked what might be the challenge , the old one i had was way better and had to pop out money to go buy the new brushes and use my old starter, lost my R1400 due to non refunds and the guy Raheem told me that they dont exchange and refund so my loss in this regard , will never set my foot there again , thought maybe they do quality checks on these second hand parts before selling them to people , other wise i will not advise anyone to go buy from there as you might experience what I have experienced. The staff is very friendly and helpful but if only the service can improve so that we as the public know that quality checks have been done then we will definitely be happy , it doesnt help to have a friendly staff that sells rotten parts , these might put their lives in danger as they will sell things to a wrong guy one day and it wont be too nice, cause some people can turn and punch you , so rather get your house in order Muhammed.
