Too much noise during massage session, no after sales Customer care. No one ask you if you were satisfied with service. I wouldn't recommend it for any professional who needs a relaxing, quiet place.

My boyfriend and I took couple special (we can't complain the massage was great).. and we paid extra R500 for photoshoot only for photographer to send us pictures but kept the most beautiful pictures and demanded R300. He could have made us choose 40 of the pictures we want but no! He chose for us and show us the beautiful pictures he kept and demanded that we pay R300 to get those pictures yoh below is the pictures we were sent to pay extra R300 polokwane branch..
I see alot of good and bad reviews and I feel like the services are dependent on the people, times and services. Personaly for me their communication was bad more especially if you know you accommodating a group of people, I love their platters and picnic setup. The massage was OK but the attitude they give there is bad. It's too pricey for bad service. I honestly wouldn't recommend it the cameran did a bad job my phone images were 100% compared to theirs.
Two things I DID like about this place (1) it was so easy to find and (2) I loved the picnic setup they had organised for me and my friend after our massages. However, there were a couple of things I DIDN'T like about this place (1) my friend and I arrived to a very loud, busy and chaotic environment. There was alot of foot traffic as we arrived -people were coming in and out. (2) My friend and I did not like the smell of the massaging oils that were used on us during our one hour session. (3) I was a quite concerned when I arrived and I witnessed that the staff members were not wearing their masks especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. (4) The massage therapist's kept leaving the room and us unattended. It was very disturbing. In conclusion, if you are looking for a relaxing and calming environment to have your massage I would not recommend this place. I left the place feeling more stressed than I did before I entered.

I booked a Black Friday special for 4 people and they called me on the day of the massage to tell me that they can only accommodate 2 people our service was very bad we didn’t even get the cocktails that came with the package

I still can not believe the unprofessionalism treatment we have received at this place,we paid R2000 hoping to receive the best treatment ever but naaaah it was on a -0 level they gave us big jug of juice instate of a bubbly bottle which was in our package,we had to go the next week to collect the wine as they promised but still nothing we had to wait for them to go buy from checkers,since the 29th of February we haven’t receive our photos which they promised will receive within 7days,we keep calling and calling but every day it’s a new story with regards to our photos,the excitement of posting the photos is gone and thanks to reconnect day spa for the best birthday gift ever,to me and my friend,your service sucks,was hoping to bring our mothers for Mother’s Day but imagine
