Manager seemed very nice it was a white guy we placed an order for delivery to our room he said maximum it will take is 30min....... 45min later gave him a call he say sorry for the delay his on his way... 15min after that he says the lady just left the amount of lies is unacceptable

The service is extremly slow and the restaurant is not even busy. The food arrived late and also was very cold like it has been standing for a while. We did not get served any, parmasan, chilles or garlic on the side. Very disappointing.

Where do I even begin ?? Visited the restaurant and ordered a Carne pasta, waited for a while...what I received was an alfredo pasta, sent it back and told them to please send it to my room, I was then charged a room service fee because they messed up my order, you also pay extra for condiments, apparently because they are an 'express store' (I think not). So we went back to the room and finally our food arrives, before I was done checking it, the waiter ran off , to my amazement they did not send forks. Tried calling them, no answer. We then walked back to the restaurant and asked them to please heat up our food and give us cutlery. Dont ruin your holiday by visiting this badly run not so express restaurant.

On Saturday 1st February at about 7pm my family and I (4 of us) decided to eat at the newly opened Panarotti's at the Wild Coast Sun Casino after playing 10 Pin Bowling. We found a fairly clean table, as there were a lot of uncleared and used tables from previous customers. The place looked a complete mess. We were offered the menus and that was the last interaction with anybody in the restaurant. Not one waiter/waitress approached us and asked for our drinks order, which is fairly normal elsewhere. So after about 10 minutes we got up and left and even then no one approached us before we left... I just want to bring this to someone's attention. I also feel there was a lack of staff and certainly NO supervision or management present at that time. Very disappointed to say the least...

Seated at 19.50pm. Waiter asked for our order 5 min later. Ordered the home made beef lasagne. Food arrived at 8.35pm. Bland and oily. Condiments weren't provided and I had to ask for the complementary chilli, garlic and parmesan cheese. Was told that there was no garlic although I noticed the same waiter provided garlic and the complementary condiments to another table. Also had to ask for serviettes. I have to give credit to the manageress. She apologised for the service towards the end and did everything in her power to make things right.Thank you happiness for trying...
