I was highly impressed with the hospital. Incredibly clean, very helpful staff who are friendly and caring. Checked on me, had great covid protocols and ensure everyone's safety.

Clean and friendly staff. I would recommend this hospital. Just curious to know if the hospital no longer giving goodies like baby bag? We did not get anything and nobody said a thing about that.

Everyone is amazing there. From the reception and Casualty to the Wards( was at Paeds)...Nurses, Drs, cleaning ladies. EVERYONE is just friendly and amazing! I enjoyed my stay. They treated me with respect. Checked on me now and then.

I would never recommend this hospital to anyone, its operating like a government hospital. My 6Months old baby was admitted and I was with him, No blanket or warm cover was supplied for neither my son nor me we were only offered a bed and pillow. my son was on pains and the drip where they put pain meds flow was blocked, I rang the bell sothat it can be refitted to him, the nurse came and she confirmed that it moved so she has to re do it, but Nurse to told me she will come back later as she is currently busy, she didn't even give him something else like panado in the mean time, yoh this was terrible. the most irritating part with the nurses everytime the new shift comes in they will ask why are you admitted n u explain, the next shift as well will ask yet I came with a referral letter frm the doctor non of them was bothering to read that frm the file you have to keep on answering one and the same question over and over. Hibiscus was a third private hospital I was admitted to I must say out of the 3 Hibuscus is the worse. the food as well is not enough 2 slices of sandwitch as lunch is too little and nothing to drink. yoh this was aworse experience of my life.

I am not not sure if their a correct platform but my Husband was seen by. Dr Nomcebo Myeni. The girl is unprofessional and impossible to deal with.We have been calling from test results since the 15 March to date. Her buisiness card does not have a buisiness cellphone number, making it impossible to get hold her.whenever we call her practice she is Alwayd unavailable. My Husband cannot go to work because they want the results.

Terrible service for a private hospital, seems more like a government hospital. There is no sense of urgency to help patients. You might actually die first in casualties before being seen. Skip this hospital if you have a choice and ask to be taken to Margate Private hospital.
