I give only one star for the friendly and compliant staff. I brought an item in to be repaired at Game. The system for item repairs was offline and I waited four hours for a confirmation email. The floor manager said they should repair the item within three weeks, but if not, the shop guarantees a refund or replacement. I emailed the manager several times regarding the repair progress, but there was no reply. I went back to Game three weeks later. All this effort just to find out the couriers have not even picked up any repair items. What a disappointment this was. The staff member did not ask me whether I wanted a replacement or a refund but gave me a Game voucher refund instead. I don’t want to buy this item from Game Potch again, so a cash refund would have been better. Hopefully the system and poor repair service can be improved for a better rating.

So I went to Game in Potch 23/08 to buy home theater system for my mom that I saw online it was on sale. I got there it was the last one on display I bought it cash and got discount of R200 they gave me R2800 I'm grateful, thank you. The customer service was super

I've always enjoyed the variety of things they have at game. I was simply browsing and I have to tell you, they rock. Whatever you need, get it here. Home shopping, appliances, gym equipment and the rest. Very reasonable prices and helpful staff. As I travel a lot I do encourage a stop here for traveling equipment and supplies. Way to go. Game, you always win. Keep up the fantastic store! Regards David.

Honestly must be the worst service I have ever experienced. Mistakes happen and I can understand that. But to let a customer wait for almost a month for their Vodacom contract is just insane. I must of been to the store 20 plus times. Vodacom already made two deductions from my account and I don't even have a sim card yet! How is that even possible?
