Gave a clean flat to be rented out- moved to another rental agencies- was promised that the flat would be clean only to find disgusting filthy shower with hair, dirty toilet and sticky oven. Bad vibes! No need to reply as someone said: nobody has anything good to say. .
Will do absoluty NOTHING about people that stay without paying in your complex. Any complaints fall on deaf ears!!! I complained about people partying Infront of my window and the next day everyone including the people that were studying got a warning And the worst part is that I, the one that complained that i could not sleep at 1 in the morning also received a warning and a fine. They absolutely do not care.
Expensive for what it offers. Do not use them for student rentals, lots of better and cheaper places.
