Stole money from our account, simply disregarded clear and direct instruction to only run subscription for a limited period, then, threatened with lawyers letters when we eventually had to forcefully cancel the debit order of R499 for a 'service' which, WE DID NOT WANT. After both phoning, as well as sending NUMEROUS emails to them, NO efforts or contact in return have been made to correct the situation. To rub salt in the wounds, our guest house was not even listen on their site when following up - so, we were literally being billed for something we a) asked not to be billed for, and b) were not even receiving any benefits from (not that we found the discussed trial period to be of any value whatsoever). I very much hope / expect to hear from someone soon with regard to the return of around R5,000 debited from our account without authorisation, else, will have no choice but to simply make arrangements for our attorneys to take the matter further.

Pathetic. You have to reduce picture quality in order to upload, the website and registration portal is equally pathetic to the extend that you cannot create your own username and password and everything has to be done by RSA Search administrator. If you want to compete with the likes of Airbnb, you need to lift your standards. I honestly cannot recommend this website to any user.
Selfde het met my gebeur Petro. Het 2 jaar laas gecancel na ek 1 maand met hul was. Daarna kom hul prokureur brief dat ek moet vir n volle jaar betaal. Het gelukkig als op email gehad dat ek cancel en hul kon niks regkry om hul geld te kry, als was reg aan my kant. Vrydag 15 Mei 2020 trek hul geld uit my rekeing uit en sukkel om nou geld terug te kry. Hul antwoord nie fone nie. RSA search is skelms wat geld uit mense se rekening uit steel. Dis Fraud en hul moet hiervoor boet.
3 Jaar gelede van hulle diens gebruik gemaak, het dit gestop as gevolg van onwaarhede, nou ewe skielik op n Saterdag word n groot bedrag afgetrek wat noem mens dit. Die Bank het gesê dit is STEEL Diefstal.
