I have been a Premium client for many years and have been 5 times to the store only to be told that nothing is wrong with the decoder !!!! the message clearly states HARD DRIVE INSTALATION IN PROGRESS.PLEASE WAIT.IF YOU CONTINUE TO SEE THIS MESSAGE AFTER 10MINUTES, YOUR HARDDRIVE MAY BE CORRUPT....I have insurance and do not understand why my decoder cannot be changed!!!! i pay R12 000.00 a year but cannot get assistance when needed???

Avoid this DSTV store at all costs. Do yourself a favour and go to any other branch. After 2 trips I could still not get an insured faulty decoder swapped due to their system being offline. Staff are rude, not helpful and make empty promises. From the desk agents through to the Ops Manager Justin. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

What terrible service. With a new installation they cut the old wires at the point of entry to the inside and join old cable to new. The dish was replaced with a new 80cm but the old rusted wall brackett was kept, and no, I did not opt for the option of keeping some old parts for a discount on the installation.

In and out within a couple minutes. Millicent assisted us in upgrading to new decoders, had them set up and ready to go in no time. Great service guys, much appreciated.

The worst service I have ever had. 2 hours waiting in line. Small issue to be fixed. Staff not friendly and seem to constantly rather chat amongst them joking etc. No real management on the floor. They should drop the word 'excellence' from the name.

11th in the queue of at least 25 people. The doors open at 08h30, only then do you complete the Covid documents. In by 08h40. Three counters open. 08h45 6 counters open. Counter 3 closes at 08h45 and lady returns at 09h15. If staff walked any slower they would stop. This is the start of the day people, where's the energy. If you start working at 08h30 everyone should be at their stations bright eyed and bushy tailed at 08h30 ready to help customers. I left at 09h25.
