Don't trust them. My brother stored a rifle with these guys. My brother was arranging to transfer the rifle to my cousin. While this was going on (a lengthy process), my brother's firearms license expired. Rather than calling my brother to find out what the options are, these idiots handed in the rifle to the police to be destroyed. No contact with either my brother or cousin.

Phone Arms this morning looking for an part for my semi rifle. They said I can bring my rifle in they can assist me. When I came there we first discuss the problem and then he just book in my rifle without asking me. No part in the shop but said will phone me in an minute or two. While signing and left the shop I remembered that I did not write in my phone number. Phone them back ask for that person said he is not there leaves my number. Phone back in the afternoon asking for that person he answered very very rude why I followed up on the part. Will never refer Arms cc. Once book in............

Possibly the best gun smith shop in RSA. Location is ideally situated in the south east of Pretoria, access to shop very straight forward. Weapon safety of a high standard. Repairs are professional and turn around is dependent on work to be done. Staff and management are well manned and very helpful.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! On 9 November 2019 I took a 300 WM to Arms to machine two steel bases and then fit my scope. Not a whole lot of work. They said it will take between 2 to 3 weeks. They said they will send the machine work to a third party, which I don’t have a problem with. I phoned numerous times to check whether the bases has been completed. Every time they will have excuses. They never bothered to give me any feedback during this time. I then phoned them on the 22nd of January 2020 and complained about the bad service. That same day they called to say the weapon can be collected. No work was done and they wasted my time. I will not recommend them to anyone.

What a pleasant experience! I walked in to enquire about triggers, and 15 minutes later I walked out, new trigger fitted while I waited, and being treated like a priority customer by the chap who did the fitting, (I think his name was Armand) as well as the man behind the counter, who made an effort to answer every question with expertise. I will most certainly support them in future!
