This is the fourth time I have used Best Plumbers Pretoria to fix problems at my house, every time at best response time, best advice, best price and best satisfaction. I had everything done from as small as a tap installation to as sophisticated as detection of a water leak under a paved surface and complete replacement of old underground water and drain pipes. Compared to my experience with previous big and small plumbing companies, I hereby testify to the integrity of choosing the name "Best". They really are the best in at least Pretoria.

They installed my geyser wrongly wasnt according to SABS standards and cost me thousands of Rands to fix. They also deny responsibility but where forced to fix set problem but was done as their assess. Wont use them ever again. Stay away from these people

Best Plumbers and its Customer Satisfaction Policy. A Week after the owner promised to fully refund the Call-Out Fee of R 729.60 (read previous previews for story), I (the customer) am still waiting in vain - I did email Best Plumbers two days ago to enquire when reimbursement can be expected, but received no response. Still waiting! Eight days later, Best Plumbers fully refunded me. This is appreciated. I would have preferred to give Best Plumbers a 5-star review rating but do feel that customer appreciation is lacking as the only communication I had from Best Plumbers was an apology email received from one of the Admin ladies. Thereafter, I had to sent two emails requesting further information i.r.o. promised reimbursement.
