The worst customer experience I have ever received. I was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes. After I asked why they were taking long, I was told the system was down and discouraged from waiting. The lady who was pretending to be attending to me even said 'Try Makro. You can't sit here and wait for such a small order'. I left without the items I went to buy.
