STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! I giving one star only cause one has to select a rating... would give no stars if i could. I went with a sample CDI for a Honda 250 XL . I was sold a unit they claimed would work, if not they said i can return it to swop for another as there ae 2 types. the item was incorrect. On calling them to arrange for a swop for the correct item i was told that they don't return electrical goods, this goes back on their word when i purchased the item. I visited the shop and they were less than helpful. they once again indicated that they don't return electrical goods. They made no effort to solve my issue. They then proceeded to test the bought item, and to no surprise came back 2 minutes later to say we had blown it. I tried to explain that it was their fault as they sold the item in confidence that it would work and if not I could swop it as there are 2 types that could work. I had no choice to concede and storm out, I am now R650 out of pocket and no closer to fixing my bike. I see a very similar review from 2 years ago for a CDI unit. They quick to take you money but claim no responsibility for their actions. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone , POOR service . no regard for customers , i have spent allot on spares from them and they wont be seeing another cent from me. Crooks.

My friend and I took his bike to Nike Salvage Centre. They have a fee which has to be paid for diagnosing the bike, it's only charged if you choose not to repair with them, I think it's R400, which they are entitled to. The bike was taken in, they diagnosed the bike sent him a report of what needed to be done and how much it would cost My friend agreed. The bike was repaired and he paid the fee. However the problem was not fixed, therefore the bike was sent back to them on the next day, with the same problem. The cashier(wife or daughter of the owner) later told us that the bike had another problem which would cost us another large sum of money, money which we did not have, so we asked for the bike to be returned to us but the cashier asked to be paid R400 for diagnosing the bike. We refused to pay as we felt that the problem in diagnosing the bike was made by them in first place and they addressed a non-existing problem. We had already conducted business with them, we would not have returned if the bike was working fine as they said it would. The problem was taken to the owner who did not speak to us, he was very agitated and told the cashier to deal with the problem herself. The cashier proceeded to tell us to 'f**k off and never come back.' Me and my friend left.... With the bike, without paying a cent.
