Wonderful experience! Thank you Illana for your super cheerful, friendly help - I have never been "dress fitting" and found the whole experience fun, effortless, exciting and very informative. Staff are knowledgeable about the stock available, sensitive to privacy during fitting and very helpful in terms of carrying around the dresses, making suggestions and keeping track of all the ideas thrown around. We could laugh a lot during the fitting and still get the clean summation afterward all printed out and clearly priced. The perfect mixture of a lot of fun and very professional handling, thank you for the positive experience!

Service is of a high calibre with attentive and knowledgeable consultants. Bridesmaids dresses are well priced and available in a wide variety of colours. Bridal accessories are of a high quality and something different compared to normal chain stores. Recommended

The day i arrive to collect the gown had to wait for more than 20 minutes outside,tried calling still no reply..when i was about to give up someone came out to assist. Same as the day that i went to drop the dress on a Monday, stand outside, tried to call all their numbers on their cards with no reply,not even a message atleast for us as costomers to know what could be the problem,as we speak i still don't have haven't receive any call from them ,i went back with the dress.

Not a nice experience at all. I, as the bride, wasn't made to feel special at all. There wasnt much to chose from, if you didnt want lace. wasnt allowed to browse through the dresses, and wasnt offered any advice, or given the opportunity to see something with a veil. When i booked online, i paid the R350 fee. between my mom and I, she didnt realise i had already paid, so when i was changing she went to pay cash. they took the money without even questioning it. Luckily we called later and told them, they asked to come fetch the money the following day, but we went before they closed on the same day. Very very unhappy.
