I received a refund via voucher for goods not delivered as I was told it's quicker than a Bank refund. Their system (when trying to use the voucher) kept giving error messages. When I complained I was advised to send another email requesting assistance with the website, which I did despite the condescending attitude received. I also forwarded them a screenshot of the error message. No response yet on this email. They finally agreed to refund to my bank account some 6 weeks after the initial refund via voucher was approved and close on two months after the initial order was not delivered. Never received feedback on why the voucher could not be used and refund to my bank is expected to be done a week after being approved. Two months for a simple refund after the courier company messed up is not great customer service!
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! I placed an order on the 24th July 2020 for an items that showed that stock was available . On the 27th July I received a call to say they were out of stock and was advised they would refund me . I got an email asking for my banking details ,which I responded to on the same day. I still have not received a refund and I just called wanting to find out how long the refund process takes and no one answered and they called me back, a gentlemen who was so rude told me they know nothing about refunds , and when I made him aware of his attitude and wanted his name , he blatantly ignored my request and told me that if I do not know the person I spoke to he cant help me as there are 300 of them who work there . I have never been so disgusted by people who place items as in stock knowing very well they do not have stock and well as for the refund , it seems to be news to some of them.
Recently pathetic. Ordered on the 25th of March and only received the order after two weeks and with missing items. I called but didn't get any assistance. Of those two weeks, I received no communication from them. I had to call them, their reception lady was very rude and unfriendly. I'd never buy from them ever again! BAD, BAD, BAD!

AFTER WAITING AGES THEN NUMEROUS CALLS FINALLY GOT A WAYBILL NUMBER BUT THEN WAS A MIX UP AND FURTHER DELAYS BUT FINALLY RECEIVED WITH ALL GOODS ORDERED SO FOR THAT AND CONSIDERING IT IS LOCKDOWN WILL STILL RATE 4 STARS
