Went to their competition Noise Bois, but they weren't willing to adjust their price or even assist me with different options for exhaust modifications. De Graafs has very good service and I didn't even wait to be assisted. I was charged half of what the price would have been at noise bois.

I found the service as well as the workmanship to be excellent. The staff was neatly dressed in uniforms and very helpful. After a chat to Charmaine (new manager?) I found out that the workshop was only under new management/ ownership since middle April... I will definitely visit again.

The service was good but it would be great if they would do quotations in store before hand. I had to wait for them to call for prices from their suppliers that takes time
