I have emailed them with a very simple task. Willing to pay for their normal rates. I provide my artwork and specific material to be printed on. ( paper ) needing a laser printer . I would have basically just needed to use their laser printer for my project. Willing to pay normal clients charges, would have been a recurring clients with all future projects; but Sadly they were unable to help me because " This is out of their field". I'm truly astounded that they were not more interested in finding out about the task for their business. They will loose alot of business with this kind of mentality. I have been help very well by minute men press in Montana. No hassle. Very keen in solving problems and making their clients happy and ensuring their business helps everyone. Utterly Horrible. Sorry.

The staff were friendly, but communication wasn't great. The proof was not presented very professionally, and although the stitching quality is good it wasn't exactly what I expected. Not a horrible experience, but not 'wow' either.

I worked here and its a very unpleasant work place,and they always try to cheat there staff out of there salaries,work done here are of very low standards and not of good quality,cheap materials are used to save costs but it only makes for angry customers and customers normally don't want to do business with them again ,loved working here but because of a bad salary and constant deductions of my salary and the working conditions i moved on to a much more organized and well managed company.i would suggest every person that wants great work to be done to go to Big Brand Productions they deliver amazing work and professional service

Rather go to Minuteman Press. They want me to pay for samples?? A R2.00 label. Minuteman Hatfield helped with free samples and I happily placed an order for a few thousand.
