Been using them for years. I called them to try and find where my parcel was and they were able to tell me he was 5 minutes away. I think this is a new feature as previously they could just say the parcel was out for delivery. Very impressed!!! Oh and the driver literally arrived 5 minutes later.

Have been using Courier IT for the past 3 years, on a weekly basis, with deliveries from Pretoria to many cities and town in South Africa. Excellent service, never had a miss or a complaint. PS - Always ensure that all delivery address details are correct, with address, contact person and phone number pasted on the parcel. Keep up the good work!

Courier IT is the worst courier company I have ever worked with. Their communication skills are so poor and don't get me started on the state of the packages. You will never get your packages on time and most of the time they will be delivered to someone else and all you get is a shrug of the shoulder. Absolutely useless. Do not waste your time and money with these people.

Sent a package from Kemtpon Park to Alberton. They were suppose to pick it up Friday, only came on Tuesday. Then the package never arrived at the destination. Tracking number invalid. Took days of phoning to try and find a knowledgeable person who could find out where the package went. Finally discovered they labelled it wrong and sent it to Durban. Took weeks to find it in the Durban warehouse. They had to open the boxes and whatsapp photos to us. When they finally found it, it took another few days to bring it back up to Kempton and finally deliver at Alberton! Absolutely clueless!

Do not respond to our telephone calls. Had to phone 4 times before some actually talked to us. Promise to phone back. But never did. Still not use if package will be delivered today
