Started at CrossFit Pretoria recently (new to the whole CrossFit thing as well) and the team and people there welcomed me and my wife with with open arms. They are supportive, up to date with the latest in the world of CrossFit and very friendly. They take the time to learn your name and motivate you throughout and even though the exercise is hard I want to go back the next day and train even harder!
