Great working space. The trees create good nice nature feel. The space could do with an infusion out of office workspaces. Take the work from the concrete offices to creative out doors. Throw in space rejuvenation: art etc
It is such a great working enviroment with animals on sight but public transport its a nightmare is great if using your own transport.
Work from home measures in place, so few people around.
When you need something to be scientifically done, this is the place to be.
