I trusted them to do everything for me. They never answer the phones. I'm going to lose my house through them. Now I have to pay a lot of money back to the bank which they did not do. And is not to say that I will still keep the house. I might lose my house.

Very disappointing level of service. They don't answer their telephone...ever. I queried something and got an email back saying they will reply in 5-7 working days which are ridiculous. And then after day 6, I emailed them back following up on my email upon which they responded a 2-liner message. If I knew what I know now, I would have never chosen them as my debt counselling company.

7 months after letting these guys go as they never took the case to court as the should have, they put my name on credit report for being under debt review. No application from me, just a vindictive effort from their side to punish me for not wanting to use their company. So paid them to assist me, they just took the money. Never took the case to court. Never answered my calls or emails. Then after the deal was terminated, they , without consent, filed papers stating that I wanted to go under debt review.
