Great service! I have been using their services for couple of years now. My last appointment was for 11:30am but I was attended around 12:00pm, luckily I didn’t have other commitments. Need improvements in handling appointments and time management.

What's not to like? Best dentist in the country is dr van der Westhuizen. The reception area is squeaky clean, the staff is friendly and they make you feel very welcome. Dr van der Westhuizen is the ultimate professional. Fees are reasonable. The injections didn't even hurt!! I would recommend ANYBODY to make use of his professional services. In fact I know someone personally who flies from Cape Town to his practice in Pretoria for his dental needs. That says it all.

Horrible experience!!! Our appointment was for 11:30 by 12:40 we had to leave because we had other appointments to go to. Stuff is rude and not helpful at all. More intersed in having her own personal conversation then helping the client. Also not folloing the social distancing rules amf isnt wearing mask correctly

I phoned to get a quotation for a filling and was told between R800 to R1200. I got the filling and ended up paying R1700. A week later and my tooth still hurts, so after phoning the doctor I was told it will now cost R8000. This was for a small filling they now want to put a crown on. Stay away from this charlatan. Edit: Went to another dentist, paid R700 to have the filling fixed and no pain since. With Dr Minnaar you won't know if you really need a procedure or if he is just trying to pay off his second yacht.
