Jacqui has been so accommodating with the Whole COVID-19 Pandemic We unfortunately Had to Postpone our wedding By 2 Months (We Got married a week ago). Jacqui was extremely helpful, understandibly she helped us and moved out the dress Rental without any charge or loss of deposit. Such a Wonderfull person. We ordered a Custom Tie for me, and she even Tailored My suit. Jacqui Did it all for us... She was Always in Communication.. we knew what was happening, when it was happening, always in the loop, from 1st to final fitting she has been Professional, friendly & Helpfull My wife's Dress & Veil Looked Fantastic. Deposit was paid back the same day we returned the Dress. We really Recommend and Endorse "Dresses by Jacqui" It was a Phenomenal and pain free experience, Definitely sending everyone we know for dress need there. Jacqui Thank you so much For the Phenomenal service ypu provided.
