The Ear Institute in my experience, following a handful of visits, is absolutely superb when it comes to customer service. From friendly, efficient welcoming at guardroom to the various reception desks, Covid-19 screening points etc. Very knowledgeable, qualified staff in various fields of expertise attend to one's needs quickly and thoroughly and go to great lengths to explain issues, answer questions and ensure that one fully understands the technology and systems as well as satisfaction, before saying a friendly "goodbye". The offices, consulting and public waiting areas are spotlessly clean, neat and tidy with comfortable seating in a modern, practical setting with direct access to fresh air and natural sunlight with plenty of plants creating a smooth transition between the hitec, modern buildings and nature. Visitors are quickly offered refreshments and a tangible feeling of genuine care about one's experience is evident. A comforting breath to find a team dealing with the cutting edge of technology, remembering and demonstrating that they are very aware that their product is designed for "human assistance and enhancement" and everything is bespoke, tailored to each client's unique needs and desires! A big shout out and High Five to all! I have absolutely no reservations in giving 5 stars and would recommend the Institute to any prospective client.
