Phoned ahead to confirm stock on hand, i needed 4 specific brackets, was told there are 4 in stock. When i arrived a very nice lady took me with to go look for the stock, alas no brackets to be found. I Was then informed they have 58 at there midrand branch.

No customer basic service. No price tags on the items. One must queue to a ke a price enquiry. No sense of urgency by the staff members. I left without buying a thing after being number 2 on a queue. Ellies is probably having no competition in the market, otherwise each and every customer, not only bulk customer, would be valued.

Sadly we couldn’t get our inverter fixed here today and Ellies lost the work to their competition. Jean is a great asset to this company and did her best but she can’t help the customers if she doesn’t have competent staff to back her up. She is running the show alone! Even a call to head office couldn’t help..

We have been doing business with Ellie's for a While now. last year around this time we had issues with stock arriving 2 months late. and after begging and pleading and eventually stating not to do business with them again we received our stock. last week we order stock from them only to have the incorrect product delivered. i was promised that the correct stock would arrive today. it is currently half past four, 3 days too late and i still do not have my stock. I assure you this is the last time we will be procuring from Ellies again.
