Poor communication! Every time that I have phoned the lady that assist me is absolutely rude ! I believe its an older lady. She never gives her name when answering the line. The emails is never on time or its always a delay. From day one that we have started with them we only got poor service.

Staff not very helpfull, enquired about result for assignments and explained that we did not receive the sms with the link for the portal, then they request me to send and email to enquire. Why do they not assist with phone call enquiries, so unprofessional.
