'n Jaar gelede het my man eindelik ingestem om van sy bank te skuif na Finbond, weens die goeie aanbiedings van hulle spaarrekeninge - net om uit te vind dat finbond nie begunstigdes-betalings van sy iphone af kan doen nie. So het ons nou pas die 14e oproep na Finbond gemaa k om die probleem op te los. ELKE KEER sal die bestuurderes ons terugbel - dit het nog nooit gebeur nie. Nou betaal my man bankkoste by 2 banke, net om basiese betalings te kan doen. En alles in Afrikaans? Jammer Casper en Sharleen, ten spyte van julle pragtige advertensies is daardie toe nie regtig die waaarheid nie. Dit is in my opine net 'n slenter. Ons is SO TELEURGESTELD. My raad aan jou: bly maar weg hier. Ten minste verwag jy die swak diens wat jy dikwels by die ander banke kry. Ebelie Maritz Bedroeë spaarrekeninghouer.
