I drove a very long distance because I missed the taste of Galitos, only to get served a very dry piece of chicken and a couple undercooked "fries". Really disappointed. Il just go back to my favourite branch next time.

Food is good and the staff is friendly. Premises is clean. Childrens play area can do with some maintenance though.

Stopped there at 7:55 after Mcdonalds showed me away at 7:35. The casher came out and said they only have meat. Told him I just want something for the kids. Came back after a while and said he can make us burgers and he made some more chips. He did not have to as it was already past 8pm but still he sirved us. They will see me again as for Mcdonalds I think not. Grate job Galito's. PS the food was 110%

On 2 occasions I ordered chicken it was undercooked .... not giving them a 3td chance. Although I had to recook in the microwave it was still tasty

The food was delicious overall. Only negative thing is I felt the lemon flavouring on the burger was a bit too potent.

We received cold burgers at the drive thru after waiting for 20 minutes. The drive thru had only 2 cars ahead of us.

The drive through service is 10 times quicker than the in-store service. I waited longer for my order inside the store while other customers on the drive through who arrived after me left first. The store was less busy than the drive through. Use the drive through when you visit this specific franchise.
