Worst service ever after spending 5k on a machine was awarded free spins. Machine malfunctioned and I was not given free spins. Manager switched off the machine and said there's nothing she can do. Was told by the manager that the general manager would contact me but still nobody has. Am reporting this to the National gambling Board

As ek 'n halwe ster kon gee, sou ek. Een ster is eintlik te veel vir die tipe diens wat ons van sekere van die personeel kry. Baie teleurgesteld met die diens. Ons geniet dit gewoonlik daar en spandeer baie geld as ons wel kan speel maar moes al 2 keer omdraai agv aflyn! Dit is verstaanbaar MAAR die houding van die kassier wat met gevoude arms, haar skouers optrek en op 'n soooooo verveelde manier met mens praat, is regtig nie aangenaam nie. Ook sal ons graag wil weet hoekom ons elke keer 'n dag kaart moet kry? Wat of wie moet jy wees om te kwalifiseer vir 'n permanente kaart. By ander Gold Rush Casinos, het ek 'n permanente kaart gekry, die eerste keer wat ek daar was en is alles ordentlik aan my verduidelik. Hier is dit heel anders. Dis asof sommige van die personeel net nie omgee nie en kry ons die gevoel dat jy hulle pla, as jy vrae vra! Ek hoop ek kry tenminste terugvoer en antwoorde!
