My electricity is still being used up even though I'm not home. They are very expensive and refuse to provide actual meters so we can control how much electricity we do actually use.

Very expensive and useless service. Do not use them as they take money off the way they like. Bunch of thieves. Will be going to Carte Blanche with this and will like other people to do the same.

This company is waste of time... I spoke to the after hours support.. The lady Leeane or something of that sort provided the most pathetic service and she has a very bad attitude. I don't have any idea why they have an afterhours support of they are that incompetent.... Pathetic!.

This company are thieves! They are stealing your money just showing you wrong electricity usage. I was not at home the whole month and switched off everything except fridge before I have left my house. But I paid for this month the same amount like I paid for previous month when I was staying at home the whole month. You also have to pay about R150 per month for NOTHING what they call 'capacity usage' even when you are not staying at home and switched off everything in your apartments. That's nonsense! I have never had before such a big bill for electricity like Im having now with this company ( Im staying at Crowthorne Lux Apart).

Good day, I am not happy with the quality of your service. You guys have been poor in terms of answering customer queries and I would not even think of employing you as my electrical company. How do you still have a demo account in your technologies? Why don't you just buy the software and spend actual money instead of bypassing expenses? Should of expected getting cheap services from a company that still runs demo accounts. I will not disclose how my funds were taken from my bank account, but I am honestly displeased. Get your act together or you will never survive!
