The worst service ever. I phoned 4 times for blood tests. No response. Requested the same action 3 days in a row, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, still no help or response. It is 5 days later. I phoned 5 minutes ago, still no help. Very bad service.

Really great doctors, from my experience (especially Dr Nico Venter). Both the dental and medical receptionists that I have recently dealt with are letting this business down. Disorganised and uninformed. Medical - Had to phone 3 times to get a script emailed to Clicks. Dental - the receptionist booked me in for a filling and the dentist flipped when I came in.
