Fantastic attention to detail. Caring environment. A great first experience for my shy pup.
My previous review got removed - this review section is untrustworthy. Karen uses outdated dog psychology with harmful techniques - collar yanking and choking.
Good behavioural dog training. Only issue is it's is a general approach and not dog specific.
