Was there this morning and had a problem with tumble dryer. Took part to be checked and what a pleasure when the person help me and checked components and when found nothing wrong recommend to check timer. Found wire on lug burned due to hot connection and fit new lug. Friendly service always and I will recommend if you need assistance they can help. Use their services many years and always happy.

It's the 21st century chaps, update your business hours actively on your website. Why make people drive to your store to see a note that you are closed when you can do it also on the internet (which most people nowadays use you know ) super annoyed

Terrible service. The man who came out to look at our broken fridge gave us the impression that he ordered the part which takes 3 days to arrive. It's been more than a week and when we followed up LDS hadn't even sent us the qoute hence the part had still not been ordered. They never once phoned us or followed up. They're obviously not serious about doing business so I will never use them in future again and will go out of my way to advise family members and friends to use other businesses that actually want to do business. They deserve a 0 star and not even 1.

Always use them. Good. The person on switcboard could have preferably put me through to a sales agent rather telling me to bring sample from other side off town. Haven't even started speaking to sales agent almost, when he knew from his head that the fish rod does not get made for years already.
