I had a terrible experience with Mika, which unfortunately reflects bad on the company as a whole. I was in the process of filling out the application form for an antenuptial contract, and I had questions, as should ANY normal person, I WILL NOT sign a contract or an application for a life long contract without knowing all the Tcs and Cs and knowing all the terms and without getting my valid questions answered, on the email, it says, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us, which i did, and received a very annoyed voice on the other line, sounded like she was half a sleep firstly. Secondly when asking a question relating to the application, I was told that she cannot give me free legal advice, and I was asked if I am a client, because I guess only a client should be treated with respect. When i tried to establish a timeline of the documents and process, i was told with a sigh, mam just read your email, she was not helpful whatsoever, very rude as well, and sounded like she would rather be anywhere else but there. I suggest a telephone etiquette course! She even said afterwards, im sorry if im being rude, im just very busy, please email me your questions and i will answer them correctly. Unfortunately this was not good enough and i am so upset and disappointed that i will not use you guys as attorneys. On the plus side, the first lady i spoke to Hanelie, was absolutely amazing, she was friendly and told me what i needed to know, this was before the application was sent to me, I wish i had dealt with her instead. The reason i wanted to know a timeline is because hanelie said we need to drop the signed documents at your offices, I needed to know when i should take leave to drop these documents off. very unhappy!!

Not helpful. After paying you have to constantley chase for feed back and service you paid for. Sounds irritated over the phone when seeking for advice you paid for... Make you feel like they have better things they should be prioritising.
