The packaging was fairly good (only two bottles came wonky) and very affordable too, but the responses to emails requesting a proforma were very slow..as well as time to actually make the packaging ...if this is improved then it will be a five star company.

Save yourself some grief & do not order from these people. Bad service. Bad communication. They are only happy to take your money. Julia has zero customer service & the attitude is the worst. Tapfuma does not even answer the phone. Avoid.
I give Mcdoman Chemicals a more than 100 percent on their service. I called the landline and talked to Julia who explained to me the ordering process.She also emailed me all the price lists as l requested.Their product range is amazing and its indeed a one stop company.Within 3 days l went to collect my order and everything was smooth and the service was great .Thank you Mcdoman, l will surely come back and also refer other people.
Absolutely Terrible, I have emailed continuously, many follow up calls, and today I called and reception firstly couldn't pronounce the name of the business and also could not understand me, when i asked to speak to someone regarding an email I sent for pricing and delivery for bottles, she got very rude very quickly, ' im busy, what do you want?' - I then responded like anyone would, with the same attitude and asked for the person in charge of the PTAsales" email address. (as recommended on the website) as I'm not getting any responses, then.... she screamed 'Sarah 083...' and its a blur because she Slammed down the phone instead. Rectify this... I am shocked that a person that is front line of a business and is the voice thereof (you would expect to hear a smile) can do this to a potential customer. DISGUSTING!
I give Mcdoman Chemicals 100%. Thank you good people, i didn't expect to get order of 5L x 1000 of degreasor in a day. Products were also well labelled.
