To the AMAZING ladies at Michelangela Bridal Boutique. Getting to the boutique we were welcomed with smiles followed by friendly service. I had an idea in mind of what my dress should look like. Dee took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. To keep it short, with the help of Dee, I managed to find my dream dress. I had such a WONDERFUL experience! The ladies were wonderful and so helpful, I enjoyed my fitting so much. They set the bar very high for my other fittings I had booked Their rage is a bit small, BUT the dresses they offer are unique & different and the ladies know their stuff. Sue-mari helped me and she was such a joy to work with xXx thank you so much to this amazing team
I placed an order for a garter at their shop (before payment they promised that the garter will arrive before the date of my wedding (05 Dec 2020). I regularly checked up with them and they said it will arrive for sure. Today (04 Dec 2020), I had to phone and ask wherher I could go collect it and they told me that the garter is not here ! This is just unacceptable.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Michelangela Bridal Boutique single handedly made my wedding dress experience HORRIBLE. After ordering and paying for my dress on 2 Desember 2019 I had to look for a new dress 10 Months later as they still did not have my dress in the country! 1 month before my wedding! (7 November 2020). Excuses were given everytime when following up( on a monthly basis) where my dress was only to catch them out lying to my face! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! No bride should go though such a stressful and sad time that should actually be the happiest time of your life. Great service to help you find your perfect dress and to make the payment however it is just down hill from there!
Was there this past weekend They took great care of me.Felt like a special bride Dee the consultant that assisted me did a great job and even did follow ups with enquiries I had. Wonderful service.
5 Star All Around!!!!!! Ladies are so professional, kind and welcoming. They make you feel at ease during the entire experience. Valery is such a sweetheart her service is amazing and she is so kind.
