We make the classes fun, but challenging enough for everyone to get the needed exercises. We have classes for almost everyone. Whether you are Female, Male, Young, Old it does not matter there is a class for you. You can train as a family or as an individual. You can train just for fun, or train to compete in tournaments. The choice is yours! What an amazing dojo!! Sensei Katiso and Shihan Jaco are on top of the game..

I have been training at MMAAK for 4 years. It is the best club to learn selfdefence and build up your confidence. Since I started training at MMAAK, my confidence got a boost and I'm not scared anymore because I know I can defend myself when it's needed. We learn all sorts of techniques which is helpful for when you get attacked or get in a fight. Not only do we do MMA, we honor God in everything we do, because it is a christian club. I will definitely recommend MMAAK, it is suitable for all ages and genders. The instructors are friendly and love to help you when you struggle. They always motivate you when you feel you can't go anymore. And to top it all off, your first training session is for free.
