Free Introductory lesson : Businesses, corporate companies, groups & institutions How?(Bjang?) Before the formal classes commence, we present an introductory lesson for your company and staff. We give an overview of the curriculum and teach the Greeting in Northern Sotho / Sepedi. Duration of classes are 60 - 90 minutes per week(or more) Generally these classes are for fourteen weeks but the ideal and most effective way is to have it for 6 - 12 months. Results and progress are just better. When?(Neng?) Once a week at a set day & time. It becomes a set time on your staff's diaries. Where?(Kae?) At your premises in the board/meeting or staff room. Classes are for 10 - 20 people, or whatever needs arise - but 10+ What?(Eng?) The 14 weeks course is a basic, beginners course. Background of the language, greetings, simple sentences, phrases & conversations, commands and requests, language construction, parts of speech, noun class structure, verbs, vocabulary, pronouns, questions. A 6-12 month course would include, more vocabulary, tenses, negatives, more oral excercises, talking & practical. Homework and tests are a given. Kobus Rudolph : The course is presented by Kobus Rudolph – radio and TV broadcaster. He is an ex-Northern Sotho high school teacher & lecturer and served on the Department of Education’s Curriculum Committee for Northern Sotho. He is registered at SACE.(S.A.Council of Educators.) He is also a radio and broadcasting consultant, coach and director of JC Audioboxproductions.
