I ordered sushi and the waiter forgot to add soy sauce. When I returned to fetch it, the manager was kind enough to give me a complimentary 8pc to apologize for the inconvenience. That's amazing customer service! Thank you so much

I like ocean basket, their sea food is so delicious and well prepared. They are clean

Comparing tonight's plater with what we had 2 months ago, what a disappointment. Not only was the portion sizes 1/3 smaller, but also not very tasty. Even comparing our 4 platter there were a big difference in quantity. Quality was not the best. The worst part was when I realized that not 1 of the chefs and half of the other staff was working and working without there masks. In these times we are living it is unacceptable. Even the covid officer in the store, did not really care about the complaint.

I placed an order via the Ocean Basket app... @17h19 when I get to the store 18h09 that's only when they start preparing my order.....what was the whole point of placing my order..if no body cared to check it...or better yet their system failed to pick up the order...I'm really disappointed...

Went there..the lady who attended to us was so serious,not even smiling...the food was just prepared,looked like it was thrown on the plate...mussels wasn't well prepared and to to it all the management sat close to the entrance eating simba chips and laughing so loud...they should be checked...also the staff is not friendly at all...my 4yr old even asked y is the aunty angry....don't see myself going there ever again...they don't even deserve 1 star
