Writing a review on behalf of my mother who has been waiting for 1 month for tests results about her heart . Everytime she phones the hospital the reception lady tells her that she will look at her records and phone back , but she never phone backs .This is completely unacceptable ...will not recommend them at all ..A patient's health and wellbeing does not count. No communication and a battle to get feedback. My response ...is are you working at the -Zuid afrikaans hospital..?..my mother is Elmarie Fouche ...

My husband was a patient some time ago,we were extremely disappointed in aftercare and battled to get feedback ,he is too busy to respond to e -mails, let alone talk to you on the phone. We had to deal with his assistant /nurse and she was not helpful at all, we had to phone back time and time again to get answers or information. Pity that one person can become so important and forget about the basics.
