It was my first time ever sending my fur baby to a dog parlour and to be honest I was quite nervous. To book an appointment was very easy and straightforward. Upon arrival I was met by friendly staff members and a calm environment. My fur baby didn’t even notice me leaving him because he was more interested in sniffing the area and looking at the other dogs. I asked that he get washed, nails cut and a shave. The shave wasn’t part of my initial plan but once it was suggested it sounded like a good idea because of the less fur falling and also a more lighter coat for the blazing hot weather. His nails were cut perfectly and his shave was extremely neat. I do however which he had a bit of a trim underneath his paws but either way my dog looked fantastic. Basically like a new dog. Ooooooh, and he got a cute little ribbon attached to his harness, that was a nice touch. I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely recommend Pinky’s Dog Parlour.

My dog came back so cute, no sign of stress. She smells so nice and the fur is so soft️ will definitely send her back--they picked her up and dropped her off without a problem. Price is super affordable.
Never again. House of horrors! My kids were clean but the cuts were bad. No sanitary cut. Hair on body just as long. Hair under paws still long. Nails not cut. They were stressed when they came home. The one got ear infection after I specified to be careful with her ears. And horror!!! They now have FLEAS. They never had fleas before. I'm horrified.
They are helpfull, caring and such good Dog stylers. The dogs are always happy and never look bad
