The service was pathetic!!! First instance they can't understand English! My husband have to come home,show them because off the language barrier. At 8 tonight , when I want to bath no warm water. The one guy I asked me must he switch on the geyser, and I said Yes, my husband disconnected the Gas Geyser. I just phoned him and again after tell him , he said he will come back from Pretoria to come and have a look he did not switched it on. Hallo must I a 66year woman climb into the roof to do his work. Not Good!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant get hold off someone to sort a problem out. Its means they are close over Desember and dont care if you have to whate till next year to sort problems out. That's pathetic I have 5 coc' that I cant log no codes to process coc's
