Florida service is very poor you sit in the quee for 2 hrs and the call center doesn't assist they always refer you to the offices,, the stuff doesn't explain anything to you in the end they tell you, you did not submit something,, worst service

This is the 2nd time this year I had to get Hospital Authority. The 1st was in March 2019. It took me a week to get an Authority Number and that was on number 99. Now on the 18th day of June 2019 I requested Authority. My knees are damaged and I can barely walk. I can't do my work as investigator. The hospital needs booking 3 days in advance. The operation was scheduled for 21st day of June 2019 and I needed to be at hospital at 06:00. It is now 07:28 and still no Authority Number. I phoned the whole day yesterday to obtain the number. All I got is we don't know and we can't assist you it is out of our hands! Bad!!! The worst ever!!!!!!!! It does not even deserve a star!!!
