Staff is so rude and unfriendly. They don’t even know how to talk with customer. If you just ask them to help you they are showing their attitude and argument. An unprofessional staff. Will not go again and will suggest peoples to dont go there. Shame on the staff of Mooikloof Ridge make me so disappointed.

This PostNet is below average. Some staff members were friendly, but they aren't very efficient. They forgot to send my package (paid for a 2 day delivery), and they didn't post it until I called them again. They do offer a few extra services like certified copying and car license renewal, but the license has to be expired for some reason. (This is not true for renewal in general) Overall, not great.

They lost a package. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to do other shopping and informed them that I'd come back in an hour so they have time tofind it. Only to wait in another queue for 20 minutes. Slow and unhelpful. Uncoordinated staff. They need some serious management skills here.

The worst experience I have ever had at any Postnet. I was treated like a child, argued with and I have been using Postnet for many years now. The Staff do not know how to communicate and give you major attitude. I will never go back there again even if it means going to a Postnet further from where I live!
