Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Never answers the phone, moves your car to other dealers without your permission, and takes their time with all procedures just so that they can get extra money out of your pocket. Do not recommend them at all!!

Absolutely terrible business ethics. They will do anything to get as much money from you as possible. They over charge and manipulate their prices as they wish. Almost impossible to call them aswel. The number on their website seems more useful to buy cars on gumtree than offering a service to the relevant business. They tow your car away and then you sit with a night mare to get your car back. What upsets me the most is how other people have the same bad experience with ProBeat yet they always get away with it.

Be very careful with this place. They steal parts out of your car when you leave it there and then say its not there problem. Very upset and will taje further action regarding the theft!

Really upset with the service. The guy came "to our rescue" & quoted us. My mum had to rush off and when i got there the guys price went up... he made me wait till everything was cleared except our car then started connecting my car saying he "will do me a favor" he then left the car outside the yard for the whole world to see telling the neighbours that we did not have money to pay him... and paid him short. He just should NOT have taken the car if he didnt want to.

The worst place to have any form of insurance claim fixed. 7 weeks. And each time an excuse. First the auto paint did not take and peeled. Then the light fitting was a generic and was supposed to be authentic parts. Now on collection day the wheel bearings are suddenly an issue. Please remove them from the insurance proffered supplier list as they are really not the kind of company that should be handling this kind of work. Pathetic.
